IF GOD DID EXIST, WHAT WOULD YOU ASK?
What is Alpha? The Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It's relaxed, non-threatening, low key, friendly and fun. Listen, learn, discuss and discover. Ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile. 'Alpha makes Christianity relevant to modern life' (The Express) 'What distinguishes Alpha from other initiatives is the easy-going relaxed feel of the proceedings - that, and its astonishing success' (The Times)
Who is Alpha for? The Alpha course is designed for both churchgoers and non-churchgoers, and each course is open to everyone who would like to attend. Most courses attract a diverse range of guests of different ages and backgrounds, holding many different viewpoints. Over 7,000 courses are currently running across the UK in rural and urban settings, including every major UK city. When does the next course start? We would love to see you at our next course. Please contact codsallmethodist@uwclub.net or phone Rev. Ian Heath, on 01902 842256, for further information. What does it involve? The Alpha course begins with a meal together, after which we hear a talk, followed by some time in small groups for discussion. This will be a very relaxed friendly time together. Please contact codsallmethodist@uwclub.net or phone Rev. Ian Heath, on 01902 842256, for further information. What does it cost? There is no charge for attending the Alpha Course at Trinity. However, there will be the opportunity to contribute towards the cost of the food should you wish. Where does Alpha happen? The Alpha course meets weekly.
